For Samad, coffee has always been a reason to sit down, talk and get to know someone.

As a real estate agent, he spends his days meeting people, listening to their stories and helping them find a place that feels like home. Coffee was always part of those conversations. He loved how one cup could make people slow down and feel comfortable.

For years, he wanted to share that feeling with more people. He pictured a café that could come to them, whether they were celebrating a wedding, planning a company event or bringing a community together. Eventually, he decided to stop imagining it and build it.

That is how SIP. began. One cart, a love of coffee and a real desire to make people feel welcome. Today, Samad and the SIP. team bring that same feeling to every event they serve.
